All Politicians are corrupt???

All Politicians are corrupt, Politics is a dirty game, Politicians are white Collar Gundas etc,etc...

These are common phrase in India. I had option to accept it and continue with my ignorant life.
But i happened to question it & tried to verify it's relevance. So followed, read & analysed Politics.

Yes,i may be called a demented mind.Who is interested in Politics nowadays? Only people with corrupt & greedy ambitions, who want to enter politics to gain power & wealth? But i was not interested in Politics as a career. Not because i believe in above Phrase & ambitions but because it's not easy for middle class guys.I got interested in politics because i felt Politics affecting my day to day life. How?
I think i can't ignore pile of Garbage in front of my society, potholed roads everywhere, unbearable inflation,Bomb blasts in my city,Chaotic traffic,Unhygienic water & food, irrational policies & laws, countless taxes on working middle, unaffordable medical costs etc,etc..So here are few questions i had & analysis i got:-
1. Is Politics a slang & created by people with evil intentions?
Analysis :- I read about greatest Politician of World History-Chanakya.He was also named Kautilya(crooked) by manipulators of history for obvious reasons. But he worked undeterred to free his motherland from foreign invader(Alexander) & clutches of selfish kings who divided India. He created "Akhand Bharat" & brought it under ruling of a able King through Politics only.India saw cultural & intellectual evolution for many years that followed.Duty of Raja,Praja & Ministers were taught to children by their Gurus at that time. His books Arthasashtra & NitiSashtra are still studied by intellectuals around the world. So how Politics can be bad through which he created prosperous India?
Wasn't Politics main subject for most Philosophers(Manu,Plato,Socrates,Aristotle etc) of world? Were they nuts? How many Indians know that Political philosophy originates in Ancient India with Manusmriti? What were laws of Manu? Are Indians even interested in knowing all this? But they have an opinion which they argue are based on current circumstances. So next question.

2. All Politicians are Corrupt(Mera Neta Chor hai)?
True,if you read Breaking News, populist Indian Media.Yes, new pinnacles of Corruptions & non-functional Government does push us in such pessimistic conclusions.
But if u take pain of reading last 60years of Indian Politics, you will definitely come across some names who put India on path of prosperity in spite of all adversity(Patel,Shastri,Kurien,JP,Rao, Vajpayee etc).Even in today's Politics there are some silver linings. Modi,Swamy,Patnaik,Nitish Kumar,Jairam ramesh to name a few, who made difference in the dark cloud & are recognised by the world media. But we focus on controversies more then achievements.

3. Politics have reached abyss because of politicians?
No it has reached pit because of lazy citizens who don't even Vote once in 5 years but expect Politicians to work for their welfare next 5years.We self-proclaimed educated middle class, who blame weak poor class for all social evils. We can stand in queue for hours for Movie tickets, sale,Licences, college admissions etc. but we can't stand in a voting queue. We make voting Cards for address proof but not for it's real purpose. If we abuse system, why they will not?
If we don't perform our duty, how we expect others? We try to escape in a phrase "All politicians are bad, whom to vote for?"

 4. Are politicians son of Devil(Lucifer) caste away from heaven to create havoc on earth?
Doesn't these corrupt politicians come from same society we belong to? Isn't their Character degradation reflection of our Character degradation? Are we aware of our character before drawing conclusion about other? What we are doing restore our character, hence society.
 5.  Ek Vote se kya fark parta hai?
In every elections i have seen some "Umeedwar" winning by few hundred seats. One of the first Stories of our childhood teaches us "Boond Boond se Ghara Bharta hai".At least become a "Boond" for our Motherland.

Living in a Country Marred by Terrorism

I live in a country that's marred by Terrorism.Reason???
It's simple, we are largest Hindu population country and we have Inglorious past of selfish politicians who divided our Mother Land to fulfill their political aspirations.Since then our Motherland is bleeding. So how healthy son's can be born from a wounded Mother. Thus,we have got mentally fragile siblings here, whose scars transform to wound on slightest brainwash.

Terrorism is no more a problem in our country,it has become a political instrument and our lazy politicians use it to cover their incompetence. Our country has been ruled majorly by Congress after Independence. I will not go into abysmal past but want to talk of present. Our country is paralysed by corruption and Terrorism,we always walk in fear.Fear of our basic requirements not getting fulfilled if we don't bribe Babu's. Fear of leaving last day of our life or loosing someone in BAU Bomb blasts.

We have got Oxford educated PM and Harvard educated Home Minister. They are our leader's.But what we get to listen from them that they were not aware and they can't do anything. I simply wonder then why they came forward and took oath of protecting this country.
If they were so incapable, why they became our leaders. I know the answer, just to pursue their abysmal greed. They are insensitive to their countryman's and their only duty is to keep  their loyalty to their Madam.

Whenever our country suffers such an injury they play their Political card.Mr. Chidambaram always talk of a Phantom Right wing Terrorism,in spite of world known fact that Terrorism in India is sponsored by Pakistan. Instead of talking of actions and willingness to tackle Terrorism, he play's dirty politics of maligning an organization, whose only crime is being an organization of majority population of the country.
So it raises serious doubt whether terrorism will ever be curbed in our country? Answer is No.
With such politicians ruling us, it's Mission impossible.I feel terrorism is not propagated by Pakistan but by these opportunist politicians. Citizens will keep on paying price for electing such wolves our leaders.
Being a sensitive person what is solution for my pain?I have lost all hopes now.I love my country,i love my family and friends. So it's difficult for me to leave them and move to a peaceful Land. But i can't see them bleeding like sacrificial Goats. So want to leave my beloved Motherland before virus of anger engulfs me and I also become a blood Monger beast.

Spirit of Mumbai

We have yet another Bomb blast in Mumbai.Mumbai is in Blood again,so is the praise for "spirit of Mumbai".Every time we have any bloodshed or catastrophe, we praise "Spirit of Mumbai" and move on like nothing happened.I wanted to understand "Spirit of Mumbai".What is it and how it's helping Mumbai? Being reduced to slave who will work in spite of their life being in danger,is this Spirit or helplessness? Mumbaikar's have accepted it as just another event in their life.Is Spirit of mankind just reduced to their quest for Bread?
If that's the truth, isn't it decline of human spirit?First of all do we understand meaning of Spirit, before using it?
Here is dictionary meaning of Spirit:-conscious, incorporeal being, as opposed to matter. Does Mumbai justify it in anyway? Can we call running endleessly for matter Spirit? Shouldn't Mumbai stop for a day to look into their consceince & ponder over few questions?Questions like:-
  1. Why this is happening to nauseating extremes?
  2. Who is doing it & who is allowing it?
  3. What can be done to stop it from occuring again? Will Candle light processions solve the problem?
  4. We discuss on so many irrelevant topics, shouldn't we discuss & try to reach a solution?
We accept that Terrorism is world issue & their is no solution to it.I agree to some extent but if America couldn't solve this problem atleast they stopped it's re-occurence after 9/11.Why? Becuase they had will but we lack it. We find passive acceptance easeir then standing for our lives & we shamelessly call it Spirit of our life :)

Trekking Duke's Nose

After trying for more then a month i succeeded in organizing this Trek with my JPMC colleague. I hadn't talked with 75% of these colleague..I was doubting if i will succeed..But as someone said "Hum chalte gaye, kafila banta gaya"..I started giving up after watching people response, but Vinay,Virendra and Krish kept pushing me..So i kept on moving shamelessly :)..But i will always cherish this Trip..It learned a lot from it..I came across some like minded enthusiast because of it..

30th July,5:30 AM:-I was in deep sleep after being dead tired because of shopping, meeting and arranging bus, food and Trek guides..Krish called me asking me "If we should cancel the trip, because it was raining Cat and Dogs in Mumbai from last 1week,so Trek could be dangerous".I was disappointed, cursing God for this. But safety was more important..So called Trek guide, who suggested we should walk till Waterfall and if we find weather unsuitable,we can return and see other places around Khandala..So went ahead with our plans..

30th July,6:20 AM:-Got call from Ajay, bus have not arrived..Called the driver but he was asleep..Woke him up and asked to reach 1st Pick up point within 30 min..at 6:45 AM got call from Vinay, bus still not there..Called driver to be informed that Bus is not starting..Called Owner and asked to arrange for another Bus..Whoos..Doubt was creeping in my mind,is this trip going to be success, after a bad start..Informed other guys waiting on consecutive pick up points..

30th July,8:20 AM:-Finally got into the Bus,welcomed by excited colleagues..forgot the morning pull.. Started with Vada Pav,followed by Dum Shiraaz(don't know how it's spelled)..We had a lot of fun..Ashwini got really interesting name and Manish became "Chittor ki Rani Jagdamba"..Then last member got in bus and i couldn't wait to eat Samosa brought by pradeep..and then followed everyone's Intro..Really humorous and interesting..specially war about favorite actress :)..Within 2hours we became friends from strangers..

30th July,10:30 AM:-We finally reached Khandala station.. started trek after lite breakfast and short briefing..We walked joking and teasing each other..Goyal and Surjit saab competing in photography..We came across some small water stream..wondering if this is the waterfall we came to see :)..Finally we saw the waterfall and we got excited like kids..Some guys already enjoying it crystal and pure flow..So couldn't wait.threw my backpack and T-shirt and jumped into it..aahhh it's cold water was so relaxing..we sat beneath the fall, and it's strong stream was slapping our backs..we splashed water on each other, climbed the waterfall..got under another stream..which was not reaching me,because of Virendra blocking it :)..Finally before leaving,i lost my floaters and Manish his glasses in the waterfall..Now adventure Begins :)
We started walking narrow and winding paths, must have been created by villagers or trekkers, who dared to walk on unexplored lands..We came across many unknown but beautiful flora and fauna as we moved ahead..But at the same time trek was getting more and more difficult..Ashwini was getting tired and unable to move..So i took her bag..later Krish was struggling but his realization was so appropriate about our lifestyle..Home-car-office,we are always sitting and have metamorphosed into bean Bags..But he didn't give up..We threw his heavy towel and moved on..
We kept on moving and reached a point from where we could see the valley and other mountains staring us..we could see clouds moving in front us and many waterfalls falling from peek of other mountains..I felt like Frodo of "Lord of the Rings" and whole book got refreshed in my mind..Suddenly Clouds moved and we could see Duke's Nose..We got really excited and started cheering...
But now comes most difficult part of the journey,3 vertical rocks about 10feet high to be climbed by software junkies like us but no option :)..So we took the challenge..
Divya who was struggling but kept moving with the support of Trek guides gave up at first rock, she was not finding space to fit in her feet..In spite of instructions, she got blank out of fear, unable to understand left-right ..So i came down and pulled her up with the help of Trek guide..
Oops she started crying,I realized she was really scared..but it was time to rejoice, she had conquered her fear..We moved ahead..2 more difficulties, waiting to be conquered..People were cursing me and planning to beat me in the Bus..But when we reached the top of Dukes nose and fresh breeze of air hit our face,it took all the fatigue with it and left us exalted..Arnab played music on his mobile and we were dancing..We were hungry like wolves now so we attacked Biryani an Pulav,it never tasted so good before this..After relaxing and enjoying there for a while, we started descending..

This Blog will be incomplete without word of a person, who still don't believe she could do it "
3500 ft above sea level.. Hanging on a rock... ... No way backward..but with only way to move upwards with a 10feet tall rock be4 me to climb up... Guide instructing me to put my right leg on top of the rock and left leg on barely 5 inch surface... Omg I am yet to sink in the truth I managed to cross it... Woh kehtey Hainaa darr ke aagey jeet hai.. My case was darr ke aagey zindagi hai.. warna wahi pahaadpe latakte raho... First trek of my life ... Did rock climbing ,rope walking.., walked on a narrow ways with steep slope on one side.. I just can't digest I did all these life risking kaam.. And what on earth made me do all these.. "

Aman Ki Asha

I came across this campaign by TOI recently..Basically concept was that some famous singer,Poets etc from India & Pakistan will share same stage & convey the message...
I am confused about intentions, whether it's another Money making Idea or they really want to nurture hope in hearts of people..
What difference this initiative will bring to society??
Every now & then a Bomb-blast will happen in Mumbai..We will Burn some candles..Media will churn Big bucks by selling sensational news..Our politicians will pass some ridiculous comment..
A controversy will be born..we will discuss it..Then we will forget it in our daily SOAPS,reality shows & Rat-race..

What is Love?

Quite a common question..But i never got an appropriate answer,so the question keeps coming back to me.It doesn't matter whether i am in relationship or Single, question remains same.

Does Love really exist or is it just a big reasonable nonsense?

Crime & Punishment

If you have read Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoeveskym or watched The Machinist or Seven Pounds or Rakh, you would understand what i am talking here.Well protoganist in these are traumatised by guilt of crime or accident that has happened in thier life. Suffering from self-inflicted pain & searching for punishment or ways to get freedom from guilt. And when they find it, they rest in peace after years of unbearable malancholic delinquency.

I am also hanging in same gallows, but i am not even aware of my Crime,so how can i search for Punishment which will free me from this infliction. All i can do is search hopelessly in this Labyrinth for the Peace.

What is my crime??Is it that i don't sing your Anthem,The Anthem of Idiocracy.See i don't stop you from singing your Anthem,so why are you punishing me for not singing it.I don't have any intention to belittle you,so why you after my.How long i will have to bear burden of your incompetency.I know you don't need me in this Idiocracy & i am also searching for exit doors, but it's too late now.I wish i could walk out & live what i am mean't for.

May be my crime is, it took me too long to discover myself. To know that i don't belong to the skin i am living in.I desperatly want to remove it but it has got stuck.
